| Duties: | Atlantic Cape Community College is seeking smart, enthusiastic people to join our tutoring staff. Flexible hours are available weekdays, evenings and Saturdays at all Atlantic Cape campuses. We primarily need people to assist students with academic writing, science, algebra, statistics and upper level math. Other subject areas in demand include foreign languages, economics, accounting, Microsoft Office and computer programming. If you have expertise in another subject area please feel free to send a letter of interest and tell us what you can do. |

| Minimum Requirements: | This position requires the desire to work in a challenging and diverse academic environment. The ability to work effectively with people of widely varying skills and abilities is essential as is a strong commitment to customer service. Credentials and Experience Demonstrated proficiency in subject area. Degree or career experience is preferred. Experience working in a library, school or academic environment is preferred. Foreign language skills are a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential. | |
